This includes the motherboard, keyboard, screen, accessories such as webcams or microphones, power adapter, or battery.

The only reason a defect would not be covered is if it was caused by accidental physical damage, which directly or indirectly resulted in the defect. However, we will provide a fair quote for replacing the damaged part, ensuring that the cost is significantly less than the total amount paid for the device, to ensure that your unit is fully functional and worth repairing the device instead of being forced to buy a replacement device.
