What quality can I expect from a refurbished laptop?

Rest assured that our highly trained technicians conduct extensive testing, cleaning, and reconditioning processes to ensure that every device is restored to its original functionality. While your laptop may exhibit minor signs of typical wear, such as a slightly shiny palm rest or keys, it will not have any major signs of wear like broken plastic or deep scratches. Your screen will be free from large blemishes, although there might be a dead pixel or two. If you're unsatisfied with the cosmetic condition, please reach out to us via email, and we'll promptly address your concerns.

How long will the battery last?

We understand the importance of battery life. While we can only guarantee up to 1 hour of battery life off the charger due to the nature of refurbished products, rest assured that we rigorously test all our batteries. We only ship batteries with at least 80% of their original full charge capacity.

What is the production time?

All orders are refurbished and built to your specified configuration at the time of purchase. Typically, they ship within 3 business days.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, please inform us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases. Even if you've changed your mind, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. If the product has incorrect specs or is faulty, you have the option for a refund or exchange. To initiate the process, please send us an email with your name, order number, the issue, and your preference for exchange or refund. Please note that you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

What is your warranty?

Our products are covered under the return policy for the first 90 days after the purchase date. Additionally, you may opt for an extended warranty. Our Extended 1 Year Limited Warranty covers hardware failure issues and excludes drops/spills, dead batteries, or software-related issues. While you're responsible for shipping the item back to us, we'll cover the cost of repairs and return shipping.

Why did my laptop come with an upgrade or feature I didn't choose?

Occasionally, you might receive an unexpected upgrade, component, or feature with your laptop. In such cases, there's no need to notify us; you may keep the upgrade at no extra cost. If you receive a component or feature you believe is a downgrade or if we're unable to fulfill specific features, configurations, or components, please inform us, and we'll rectify the situation promptly.
