Occasionally, you might receive an unexpected upgrade, component, or feature with your laptop. In such cases, there's no need to notify us; you may keep the upgrade at no extra cost. If you receive a component or feature you believe is a downgrade or if we're unable to fulfill specific features, configurations, or components, please inform us, and we'll rectify the situation promptly.
Our products are covered under the return policy for the first 90 days after the delivery date when purchased directly. Additionally, you may opt for an extended warranty. Our extended 6-12 month limited warranty covers all hardware failure issues but excludes drops, spills, dead batteries, and software-related issues. We'll cover the cost of repairs, parts and shipping.
