Due to the nature of refurbished products we can only guarantee up to 1 hour of battery life off the charger. That said, we do test all of our batteries and only ship batteries with at least 80% of their original full charge capacity.

All of our products are covered under the return policy above for the first 30 days after the purchase date. You may also wish to purchase an extended warranty. The Extended 1 Year Limited Warranty covers any issues due to hardware failure (e.g. failed SSD, or a component is no longer functioning as expected). It does not cover any issues due to drops/spills, dead batteries or software (e.g. Reinstallation of Windows, issues due to malicious software, etc). The customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the item back to EPower; EPower will cover the cost of repairs & return shipping back to the customer.
There is a chance that you might receive an upgrade, component, or feature that you did not choose at checkout. If this happens, there is no need to alert us - you may keep the upgrade at no additional cost. If you received a component, upgrade, or feature that you believe is a downgrade from what you originally ordered, please let us know so that we may make it right.
There is also a small chance that we may not have the specific configuration you chose in-stock. In this scenario we will do our best to fill your order exactly as you made it, but we may contact you if we cannot fulfill specific features, configurations, or components.
