Contact our Customer Support Team within 72 hours for damaged items or 30 days for a refund eligibility. Hardware Warranty Policy

Within 90 days of receipt of delivery, or 90 days + the additional time purchased with the extended warranty package purchased with your order, covers any hardware defect in your device within that timeframe that causes it not to function as intended. This includes the motherboard, keyboard, screen, accessories such as webcams or microphones, power adapter, or battery.

The only reason a defect would not be covered is if it was caused by accidental physical damage, which directly or indirectly resulted in the defect. However, we will provide a fair quote for replacing the damaged part, ensuring that the cost is more economical than the total amount paid for the device, to ensure that your unit is fully functional.

Please include order number with your return for minimizing the chance of delay for your return, and if a return is needed for a direct purchase, please reach out to us at support@your-epower.com for your return shipping label.

Please initiate your return through your marketplace order page during this timeframe for an auto-authorized return label.

Shipping Costs

We'll provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns within your warranty period. Outside this period, return shipping is your responsibility, but please communicate prior to its arrival after its warranty period to ensure there is a resolution. Please keep your tracking number handy. Securely pack items and follow our shipping instructions.

If it is determined that the unit was physically damaged and not covered under your warranty, and there is a refusal for repair work on the estimate to replace the part to get the unit back to fully functional, the customer must pay the shipping label to receive their order back which on average is around $30.

Next Steps

Once your return shipment is on its way back to us, we'll prepare your replacement items. Refunds are typically issued within 48 business hours returned merchandise is received, but processing times may vary.

We primarily use FedEx for shipping. After our production process, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Our location in Broomfield, Colorado, may extend shipping times by up to 1-2 transit days in addition to the average 3 business day transit time, especially between November and March due to snow-related weather events.
